After observing the frequent struggles her pregnant and nursing colleagues faced in finding suitable workwear, she decided to bridge this gap. Witnessing a friend awkwardly attempt to pump breast milk in her scrubs without sacrificing dignity was the final push she needed. Motivated by these experiences, she embarked on developing WEBA Scrubs – a line of accessible, dignified, and comfortable scrubs for pregnant and nursing healthcare workers. This innovative solution not only supports women in their crucial roles, but also celebrates their journey through motherhood.
