Story Behind the Invention
Inventor Robert R. Curran of Alamogordo, NM has created an innovative new reel gripping device. For years, Robert was around reels of different materials. He found it a pain to re-attach the wire or pipe back onto the reel after the factory staple or rope was removed. Either you would hit your finger trying to nail the staple back in, or you would struggle to tie rope back onto it in order to secure it, so it would not unspool while traveling down the road. He always felt there should be an easier way. In turn, he was inspired to develop the Reel Clamp! Now users will be able to quickly and easily attach the invention to a reel of any size, wood or steel. The invention secures to the reel in an effort to keep material from unspooling. The clamp is reusable and can be moved to different reels as needed. With a range of different sizes available, there is something to accommodate all reels to help you save time and money in the long run. Want to learn more about the Reel Clamp?
