Inventor David R. Lyle, II. of Federal Way, WA has created wall-supported construction scaffolding.

Scaffolding can significantly speed up work compared to using a ladder, offering better efficiency and greater access. Yet, scaffolding comes with its downsides. Its heft and bulk make storage and transport between job sites a challenge. Plus, setting it up and making adjustments can chew up valuable time. In turn, Inventor Lyle was inspired to develop the Strongjack!

But how does it work? Once in place on at least two strong backs, scaffolding planking, boards, plywood, or other walking surfaces can be installed across the vertical members, along with the handrail structures. The invention simply hangs on breakaway anchors or snap-clips and fastens to strong backs for support. These features allow the invention to take the place of heavy awkward scaffolds. As opposed to scaffolding, the Strongjack is easy to haul, set up, and store. Users will find it wide and comfortable to work from.
