Story Behind the Invention

Inventor Matthew Clemons of Okeechobee, FL has created a new floating toy specially developed for roping practice and fun outdoor entertainment!

The idea was born at the sandbar. Matthew and his friends were thinking of things to do while hanging out in the water. As a cattle ranch worker, roping naturally came to mind. In turn, Matthew was inspired to design a fun water-based toy that would also provide a teaching experience as well.

The Sandbar Cowboy simulates the popular rodeo event of team roping. However, this toy, unlike other roping dummies, is buoyant! A section of waterproof rope allows users to practice roping the toy, either as practice for real cow roping, or simply for fun and laughs. Use it in the sandbar, swimming pool, lake, or wherever you are taking a dip! After use, the invention collapses down for easy storage until needed again.
