Inventor Ryan Christoff of Canonsburg, PA has developed a customizable orthotic sock that allows users to insert interchangeable arch support inserts for personalized, all-day foot pain relief.

As a healthcare professional familiar with the frustrations of plantar fasciitis, Ryan understood firsthand why so many patients struggle with traditional orthotic solutions. Conventional insoles require repeated fittings, fail to provide support during critical rest-to-movement transitions, and offer no adjustability as a patient’s needs evolve. But how does it work? Orthosok features a tubular compression sock with a built-in arch pocket and heel pocket. The arch pocket opening faces the inner side of the foot, allowing users to easily slide in one of three interchangeable orthotic inserts measuring 12mm, 15mm, or 18mm in height to match their personal comfort level and stage of treatment. The elastic compression material holds each insert securely in place whether the wearer is resting, walking, or going about their day.
