Story Behind the Invention

Inventor Florence Omoruyi of Newark, NJ has created a new massaging boot that helps prevent tired, aching feet at work and on-the-go.

As a pharmacist, Florence would be on her feet for long periods of time. At the end of each day, her feet would always be sore and tired. Although she bought different sneakers and shoes, they offered no relief. In turn, she was inspired to develop an alternative to traditional footwear an innovative new massaging boot.

Each boot is equipped with heating and cooling elements, as well as roller balls in the sole and body of the unit. Once a user flips the on switch, the design will effectively warm, cool, and massage the feet up to the calf area. This will be ideal for warming feet in the winter and cooling feet during the summer months. The invention has a recharging port and a battery power source for up to 24 hours of use! A lace on the side ensures a proper fit.
