Inventor Stephen Furlich of Melissa, TX has created an innovative new system for decontaminating footwear in homes or other structures.

Do you walk barefoot at home, have kids playing on the floor, or set items down on it? Those surfaces can harbor infectious bacteria and viruses. As you walk, movement releases infectious contaminants from shoe soles onto floors, into the air, and onto nearby surfaces, including methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA), Clostridium difficile, multidrug-resistant Gram-negative species, and the coronavirus. Traditional entryway cleaning methods are often ineffective, complex, and high maintenance, leaving your space vulnerable to germs. Stephen just knew there had to be a better way. In turn, he was inspired to develop Clean Your Sole!

Clean Your Sole provides footwear sanitization for homes, offices, medical facilities, and more. Simply step onto the first tray, where a clamped sanitizing fabric treats your shoe soles, then move to the second tray, where a clamped drying fabric wicks away moisture. This compact, self-contained design operates without electricity, external connections, or permanent installation.
