Story Behind the Invention
Inventor Thomas Daniel Baca of CO has created an enhanced cargo case for the top of any vehicle equipped with cargo rails or an aftermarket rack. Many vehicles can be equipped with luggage racks for holding a rooftop cargo carrier. While these carriers increase the cargo carrying ability, they do nothing to enhance the off-road experience. Owners must still bring containers of water, portable battery packs, generators, auxiliary lights, portable showers, and other items, which ironically eat up the cargo space that the rooftop carrier was attempting to preserve! Thomas just knew there had to be a better way. The Alumi-Arma Cargo Carrier is his solution. But how does it work? In addition to carrying personal belongings, this aluminum-structured cargo case contains an optional water supply that supplies a 12-volt powered shower head that faces out and away from its exterior. It is powered by a 4 flat trailer connection to power the shower, turn signals, and brake lights. Two versions are available. The invention has been tested over 50,000 miles.Want to learn more about the Alumi-Arma Cargo Carrier?
