Inventors Calleen K. Marshall and Joseph P. Gorman of Grand Saline, TX have developed a protective shade cover for window and central air conditioning units.

Texas residents Calleen and Joseph, accustomed to the struggle of hot weather, quickly recognized the inefficiencies of air conditioners. These inefficiencies translate into issues like poor performance and higher operating costs. In turn, they were inspired to create AC Shields! Their invention addresses these problems and extends the lifespan of an AC unit by reducing its workload.

But how does it work? The invention simply slides onto an AC unit when required. The shield acts as a protective barrier against the sun, enhancing the performance of the AC by over 50% on scorching summer days! Crafted from durable yet lightweight material, each shield is portable and collapsible for convenience.
