Story Behind the Invention
Chicopee, MA Inventor Michele M. Jackson announces her patent pending invention known asthe Spiral Hair Curling Iron.
Inventor Jackson developed this clever innovation, whichfeatures an integral vacuum system and a heating tube that eliminate the needfor manual rotation of the entire curling iron when forming spiral hair curls. The device provides a slot into which the hair is pulled by anintegral vacuum pump, mounted within the handle. The device is easily controlledby an on/off pushbutton. When activated, the vacuum pump pulls the hair intothe device and around an interior heating tube. After several seconds, thepushbutton can be used to release a spiral curl from the device. A separatecontrol switch provides for the temperature of the heating tube. Due to theinterior location of the hot surfaces, the danger of accidental burns isgreatly reduced. The use of the SpiralHair Curling Iron allows one to easily curl their hair in a manner thatsaves time, decreases effort, and reduces the occurrence of accidental burns.
