Story Behind the Invention

Inventor William Ziegler of West Plains, MO has created a movable lighting system for increased illumination while driving around curves or corners.

The idea emerged from William’s years of driving in rural areas and towns where lights on corners are either non-existent or severely limited. This often led to him making right or left turns without a clear view of what lay ahead. As a result, he frequently turned into the wrong lane, took turns too wide, and nearly drove into ditches. He knew many other drivers were experiencing the same dangerous issues. In turn, William was inspired to develop the Vehicle Cornering Light!

But how does it work? Unlike traditional cornering lights that are limited in functionality, this innovative new system allows drivers to adjust their light beams across a range of angles. This means enhanced visibility on winding roads and right and left turn corners, reducing the risk of accidents caused by unseen lanes, obstacles, pedestrians, or wildlife.
