Story Behind the Invention

Inventor Sharon Yetto of Oley, PA has created a line of wall-mounted, collapsible, locking dog kennels with a screened viewing area.

Like many doggy daycares, Sharons business was cramped with 15 large crates, leaving little room for play. The constant set up and breakdown of these crates was also very time-consuming. She just knew there had to be a better way. The Hide Away Dog Kennel is her solution.

Not only is the invention more convenient for workers at the doggy daycare, it allows each pup to have their own space during meal times, preventing food aggression and promoting proper digestion, while also maximizing play space!

A single unit up to a dozen or more can be installed along a flat wall surface. The invention provides a full-sized dog kennel when needed. However, when not in use, the invention collapses back up against the wall, where it is out of the way for convenience.
